Services Offered 

We provide a range of services including outpatients, diagnostics and procedures. Detailed information about each service can be found on our website or by contacting our team. 

 

Patient Registration and Appointments 

  • Registration process: Patients must provide us with basic demographic information at the time of booking an appointment, including but not limited to; full name, date of birth, address and email address. 
  • Appointment scheduling: Appointments can be booked online or by phone. Patients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations; please see our cancellation policy for more detail. 
 

Fees and Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Our fees are based on the type of service provided. All fee information is available on our website. 
  • Payment methods: Payments can be made by card over the phone, or via the online booking portal whereby payments are taken via payment system Stripe. 
  • Billing: At the time of booking an appointment patients will be asked to provide their card payment details via the secure payment portal (if booking online). All consultation appointments are to be paid in full at the time the appointment is booked. Payment for any diagnostic or surgical procedures may be taken either 24 hours prior to or on the day of your appointment, depending on the service. There may be some occasions whereby the patient will receive a link for payment after their diagnostic appointment, which should be paid as soon as possible. 
 

Insurance and Refunds

  • Insurance Claims: We do not currently work with insurance providers, however this will be kept under review and information amended if this changes. 
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are issued in cases of billing errors, if a service is cancelled by the clinic or if the patient cancels within the necessary timeframe. Refund requests must be submitted in writing (email) within 30 days of the service date. 
 

Patient Responsibilities 

  • Compliance with Treatment Plans: Patients are expected to follow the treatment plans prescribed by their healthcare providers
  • Providing Accurate Information: Patients must provide accurate and complete information about their medical history and current health statues. Patients must sign a consent form prior to the undertaking of any procedure. 
 

Clinic Responsibilities

  • Quality of Care: We are committed to providing high-quality care in accordance with medical standards and regulations
  • Confidentiality: Patient information is protected in compliance with GDPR and other relevant privacy laws
 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice: No charge will apply.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: The full appointment fee will be charged.
  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”): The full appointment fee will also apply.

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to offer you the next available time. Please contact us as soon as possible to make these arrangements.

  • Emergency Consideration: In cases of sudden illness or emergencies, fees may be waived at the discretion of Estuary View Private Medical Services on a case-by-case basis. Patients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible in such circumstances.

  • Limitation of Liability: The clinic is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from treatments, except in cases of negligence.

  • Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom
  • Dispute Resolution Process: Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration. 
  • Complaints: Please refer to our queries, comments and suggestions page on our website. 
 

Amendments and Updates

  • Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to patients via email or our website.
  • Review and Update: These terms and conditions will be reviewed and updated annually.
